These are the paintings done while on a recent trip to southern France

1/2sheet, metal frame, $642.00. I spotted these wonderful stairs in the Chateau Eza, in the old fortress in the quaint village of Eze. It was so incredible for painting here that I stayed in the little Restaurant Hotel at the foot of this incredible Medieval village for six days. The first night I was sketching this incredible door I met the owners of the hotel who were staying in this room. I returned the next day to complete the detailed 15x22 inch drawing and had a chance to start painting. I finished this painting in the wee hours of the morning in my room, with only my sketch, notes, and the started piece. I was amazed when I saw the photos of the door that I took. I loved the painting as it really captures the essence of the beauty that I saw in this incredible part of the world.
Pot and Red Geraniums. 1/2 sheet, metal frame, $428.00. I saw these lovely pots sitting on a ledge in the old village of St.Agnes, perched up in the hills above Menton, in the french alps right by the Mediterranean just by the Italian border. I painted these back home in my studio.
